This is a Doepke Model Toys vehicle which was made in 1951 and 1952.to resemble the Heiliner scraper of that day. This is the older version as the ones from 1953-1955 have knobby tires and the decal on the rear of the tractor was deleted. Made of pressed steel, this truck measures 29" in length and is very heavy, It features fully operational belly dump panels and the knob controls the depth of the "bite" when scraping up earth. This truck appears to be all original except for the side decals. The two on the tractor are still original. Although it is not perfect, it does display very well. Original red paint has a few nicks but is in good condition overall. Look at all the pictures please. Winning bidder to add $34.85 shipping. Payment within five days of auction end, please.
